Our goal is to ensure that each product not only meets the detailed description provided but also delivers the outstanding performance you expect. If you experience any issues related to material quality or craftsmanship, we are committed to addressing them by making necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacements to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Each of our items is carefully handcrafted by skilled local artisans, resulting in a truly unique piece of furniture. The manual crafting process means that every item will have its own distinct characteristics, including variations in size, finish, and dimension. Minor cracks, warping, imperfections, and color differences are inherent to handcrafted items and highlight their individuality. These are not defects but a mark of the artisanal craftsmanship involved.
Prior to shipping, we thoroughly inspect each product to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. We sincerely hope you enjoy your handcrafted furniture for many years.
Please Note: This Limited Warranty Excludes:
- Normal wear and tear from prolonged use.
- Minor cuts, scratches, or damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or accidental impacts.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
- Cracks resulting from product displacement.
- Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight.
- Wood deterioration from consistent exposure to water.
- Upholstery fabrics, such as seat covers, are not covered under this warranty.
- Non-standard dry-cleaning practices or the use of harsh chemicals.
- Minor unevenness (up to 5 mm) caused by variations in floor and surface levels, which is generally accepted in the industry.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the products after purchase, which will void the entire warranty.
Non Furniture items
At Woodukoo, we stand behind the quality of our items and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products. We offer a warranty as follows:
- 7-Day Replacement Warranty: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any defects and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
- Limited Warranty: Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of product and does not cover any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the product.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or maintenance
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity
- Alterations or modifications made to the product
- Warranty Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at woodukoo@gmail.com and provide us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or issue
- Photos of the defect or issue
- Proof of purchase
- Return and Refund Policy: If we determine that your wooden chopping board is defective and eligible for replacement, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If we are unable to replace the product, we will provide a refund or store credit, at our discretion.
By purchasing a wooden chopping board from Woodukoo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our warranty clause and agree to its terms and conditions.
Claiming Your Warranty
To avail of our warranty, please return the product to our factory from your end. We stand by our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction throughout your ownership experience.
