HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Jodhpur. Furniture orders are dispatched within 30-48 hours after order is placed. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You shall recieve a order confirmation email over your registered email address and phone number (on Whatsapp)
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IF MY ADDRESS IS CHANGED?
Certainly! Just call or send a What’s App message at +91 9660225339 or email at woodukoo@gmail.com and update your details. You can do this anytime upto 48 hours before we dispatch your item(s) from our warehouse. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn’t usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship through our trusted and branded shipping partners. Once the product is shipped, we immediately provide the tracking details through email and SMS on your registered email address and phone number.on
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Go through our online store, select the product and add in your cart. Login with your account and place the order. Fill the details and pay through the payment gateway with your preferred bank, credit card or wallet. Note : You can also checkout as guests. However, we strongly recommend you to create an account.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. We also offer Credit Card EMI options (3, 6, 9, 12, 24 months). Additionally, we accept wallet payments such as PayTM, Amazon, Airtel, PhonePe, Freecharge, Mobikwik, and Jio, as well as UPI payments.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
No, there are no hidden charges, the amount includes all the taxes and charges provided in the cart.
DO YOU OFFER COD?
No, at the moment we do not accept Cash on delivery/ Pay on delivery options. This facility is currently only available to project, bulk and wholesale buyers.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or adjust your order. We accept cancellations under certain conditions. For detailed information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy or reach out to us at woodukoo@gmail.com for assistance.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Once the items are shipped, It usually takes 4-15 days to be delivered to most part of the country. We ship all our products through delivery partners of repute such as - BlueDart / Fedex / Rivigo / Delhivery, Trackon etc.
WHAT IS COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?
We provide 24 months warranty on all our products. Please go through our warranty policy for more details.
CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
Yes, we will send you an email/ text message on your registered mobile regarding dispatch of the product.
CAN YOU HELP ASSEMBLE FURNITURE?
Most of our furniture will not require any assembly or may require very minimal assembly. This can be done in most cases without the aid of any tools. We do support assembling of furniture in major cities.
I WANT TO SHIP THIS PRODUCT AS A GIFT. CAN YOU GIFT WRAP IT FOR ME?
We currently offer gift wrapping services for bulk orders only. Unfortunately, this service is not available for individual orders at this time. However, we are working on expanding our gift wrapping options and plan to introduce this service for single orders in the near future
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PACKAGE / PRODUCT WILL FIT THROUGH MY STAIRWAY/LIFT/DOOR?
All product dimensions have been provided in individual product pages. We suggest you measure your entrance/stairway to make sure the product fits. Any return due to misfit will be chargeable. Please note that we are responsible for delivering the item till the address and not till the door. You have to make your own arrangements.
